Description

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation intends to issue a solicitation for a Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity (IQC) with Economic Price Adjustment contract which will include 18 NSNs for a Lubricating Oil, Internal Combustion Engine. This solicitation will be for an award for a base year and 4, one year options. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted procurement utilizing Full and Open Competitive Procedures. The FOB point is Origin, Inspection and Acceptance is Destionation. A subcontracting plan will be required. Certified cost and pricing data will not be required per FAR 12 (Commercial Item). Progress payments will not be utilized because the conditions of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 10 May 2018, (with a closing date of June 11, 2018), anticiapted award date of 4 May 2019.
