Description
Sources sought for Native-owned vendors in accordance with the Buy Indian Act and the Dept. of Interior Acquisition Regulation Part 1480. Indian-owned firms must be at least 51% Native-owned and operated. Period of performance will be for base plus four (4) option years. Statement of work is listed below. Please reply via email to randall.brown@bia.gov with DUNS number and/or Federal tax ID/Employer ID number. NAICS code 324110 with a 1,500-employee size standard. The Petroleum Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services to provide field services for Well Petroleum to successfully complete the proposed service. The following are the Petroleum services, but not limited to, for the service: 1.BIA- SCIP is soliciting for vendors to provide services on a 12-month schedule. 2.A rental of a 500-gallon self -contained storage unit to be placed at the San Carlos Irrigation Project (SCIP) yard, Coolidge, AZ; this will require Petroleum Vendor to maintain storage tank accordingly. 3.Provide any Equipment Agreement for Owners review. 4.Oil Storage tank will need to be secured to concrete slab. 5.Safety Bollards will be needed for protection of Oil Storage tank; this will be bolt onto concrete slab. 6.Owner is requesting to have electrical service provided for 110v pump for dispensing. 7.Provide Specification of Oil Storage tank to be proposed for on-site use. 8.Oil Storage Unit will need to meet the Federal Environmental Safety Guidelines; this will be review by Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA)- Western Regional office for compliance. 9.BIA Western Regional Office requires the following: 1) Oil Storage Tank specification sheet; 2) Overflow Alarm for Oil Storage Tank & 3) Monthly Inspection of Oil Storage Tank with proper Inspection documentation. 10.Oil Storage Unit will be placed on an existing concrete slab within the SCIP maintenance yard. 11.Petroleum Oil> Max Pro Pump Oil 12.SCIP estimated monthly usage= 300 gal; total estimated yearly volume usage= 3,600 gal. 13.Any permitting will be with SCIP and other Stakeholders of Bureau of Indian Affairs.
