- AMENDMENT_0001 We are hereby notifying potential offerors that the anticipated solicitation for this procurement is 15 MAY 2018. The anticipated closing date will be 14 JUNE 2018- 2:00 PM EST (EDT). This amendment serves as synopsis for this procurement. Additional information is as follows: This solicitation will utilize full and open competition procedures as a proposed 5-year Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the best value to the Government, considering price and past performance related factors. Award decision will be based on the best value to the government. The evaluation factors for the award decision are listed below. Factor I (Technical Capability/Approach) is more important than Factor II (Past Performance), and Factor I is significantly more important than Factor III (Price). Factor II is significantly more important than Factor III. Factor I and Factor II (factors other than price), when combined, are more important than Factor III (price). Factor I and Factor II contain subfactors to be considered. The solicitation will be available on or about 15 May 2018 at Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website listed above. Interested parties can download the solicitation from the website listed above, for no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the FedBizOpps website. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation closing date will be on or about 14 Jun 2018. When the solicitation is available, all responsible parties may submit a proposal for this procurement which will be considered by the Government. This is not a Request for Proposal.
