Description

The Network Contracting Office 10, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr., STE M2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about April 30, 2018 and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Residential Substance Abuse Services for VA beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, 2215 Fuller Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. This solicitation is under NAICS Code 623220 with size standard $15.0 million and will be set-aside for small business. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5 and VAAR part 873. The Contractor shall provide residential substance abuse services in a community-based, residential environment within the Ann Arbor catchment area. The period of performance is for One (1) Year from 6/1/2018 through 5/31/2020 with Four (4) one year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
