- Kindly see the draft PWS. Please submit questions or comments NLT May 14, 2018. This announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action. The office of AFLCMC/WIUKB intends to award a contract with a basic year and 4 options in support of the TH-1H Helicopter Fleet. This contract would include CLINs to support DLM (Depot Level Maintenance). These CLINs will encompass tear down, inspection, maintenance and repair, travel, contractor field team support, unscheduled depot level maintenance (UDLM), engineering support, CAP (Contractor Acquired Property) and long lead material, over and above for both labor and material, and a CLIN to support all reporting requirements (CDRLs) for this effort. B EQ (Best Estimated Quantity) is 2 each (Basic Year), 3 each (Option I), 4 each (Option II), 3 each (Option III), and 4 each (Option IV) TH-1H aircraft. It is the intention of the AFLCMC/WIUKB office to pursue a full and open competition on this effort. More information regarding the full and open competition will be forth coming. The estimated period of performance would start 2 May 2019 and last up to 1 May 2024. The applicable NAICS code is 336411. All responsible sources may see the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this announcement for further information regarding this contract action. Comments and questions will be accepted until 14 May 2018 and the responses will be posted prior to the announcement closing. It is the intention of AFLCMC WIUKB to release a draft solicitation at a later date.
