Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Attachment #3-Invoice Instructions Attachment #2-Contract Terms and Conditions Clause Attachment #1-Reps and Certs This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the Authority of FAR Subpart 13.5. This solicitation is a request for quotes (RFQ) under RFQ Number NIHOD201800017.
