- Sources Sought Response Form Intent: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Omaha District (NWO) intends to pursue award of an Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) and Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs) Construction, Design-Bid-Build, and Compliance Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) at various Air Force, Army and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) locations and facilities for the Northwestern Division (NWD) Area of Operations (AOR), Omaha District customers, and potential contract sharing with other USACE Districts within Northwestern Division to meet the needs of their customers. It is the Government's intent to procure a tool that is focused on these customers needs for their UST/AST Programs and to support the mission requirements of our customers. The NWD AOR includes all or portions of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Work anticipated under this MATOC includes, but is not limited to, UST/AST repairs, removals, installations, upgrades, inspections, and testing to include all associated piping and accessories, electrical systems, soil remediation, repair/removal/installation of concrete pads and associated concrete/asphalt repairs, minor construction and any tasks required to ensure proper installation of the UST/AST requirements. Project may also include incidental demolition, hazardous and toxic waste remediation and disposal services per requirements set forth at the task order level. Incidental hazardous and toxic waste remediation may include asbestos/lead abatement or removal services. Contractors should anticipate projects unique to the various requirements of UST/AST repairs, removals, installations, upgrades, inspections, and testing. Contractors may be required to meet specific codes, standards, and regulations not typically prescribed for the other types of facilities.
