- WD 15-4871 Rev 6 (Wage Determination) Statement of Work with Quality Control Statement of Work - St. Ignace Ranger District Office and Warehouse Statement of Work - Munising Main Office Complex and Visitor Center Statement of Work - Raco Work Center Combined Synopsis / Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the documents incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. This procurement is a total small-business set aside. The NAICS code is 561720 and the Small Business Size Standard is $18 million. The Hiawatha National Forest announces an opportunity for janitorial service at the Raco Work Center, Munising Main Office Complex and Visitor Center, St. Ignace Ranger District Office and Warehouse. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies and incidentals necessary to complete the required janitorial services, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, for each location: Raco Work Center, 9200 South Ranger Rd, Brimley, MI 49715; Munising Main Office Complex and Visitor Center, 400 E. Munising Ave, Munising, MI 49862; and St. Ignace Ranger District Office and Warehouse, W1900 West US-2, St. Ignace, MI 49781. The Government intends to award a fixed price contract for a base year and four option years. The estimated start date is July 1, 2018. The government reserves the right to award multiple contracts off of this solicitation. Offerors are encouraged to provide quotes for only the area(s) they are serious about providing services for. Quotes do not need to contain offers for all three locations to be considered.
