This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services OH105 Multi-Site locations at; OH008 1836 Western Ave. Chillicothe, OH 45601 OH018 165 Yearling Rd. Whitehall, OH 43213 OH024 450 Pennsylvania Ave. Delaware, OH 43015 OH028 765 Taylor Station Rd. Blacklick, OH 43004 And OH095 7351 Zistel St. Columbus, OH 43217 The performance period is 1-June-2018 (or subsequent date) to 31-May -2019 with four (4) one year option periods. A Site Visits are scheduled at the facilities on; ***A site visit will be held Wednesday, 9 May 2018 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time at OH024 - Delaware, OH location. *** ***A site visit will be held Wednesday, 9 May 2018 at 9:30 AM Eastern Time at OH018 - Whitehall, OH location. *** ***A site visit will be held Wednesday, 9 May 2018 at 10:30 AM Eastern Time at OH028 - Blacklick, OH location. *** ***A site visit will be held Wednesday, 9 May 2018 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time at OH095 - Columbus, OH location. *** ***A site visit will be held Thursday, 10 May 2018 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time at OH008 - Chillicothe, OH location. *** Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged.
