Description
Drawings & Vicinity Map Rimrock Trail Head Interprative Signs Project work consists of the construction of (2) two Panel Interpretive Signs. Project work shall include: excavation down to subgrade for the construction of the two concrete sign bases; furnishing and placement of: 3-inch Minus Aggregate as drain rock, excavated native material, aggregate base material as base rock; backfill under and around sign base concrete footings, construction of cast-in-place concrete sign base and footings. Installation of: steel sleeves, wood posts, and columns, Marine Plywood sign boards, Fascia Rock on concrete sign bases, aluminum flashing along top of sign boards; and painting of wooden sign boards, support members, and all other necessary finishing work. Contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, labor, materials, equipment, services, facilities, transportation, and incidentals to perform the Statement of Work and Specifications that will be provided in the Solicitation to construct two interprative sign boards for the Rimrock Trailhead. Contractor shalll utilize products and materials that promote energy conservation, pollution pervention, waste reduction, use of recovered materials that are environmentally preferable, with recycled content and that are recyclable and are made from bio-based materials and are energy efficient (Energy Star Qualified) to the maximum extent possible without jepardizing the intended use or detracting from the overall quality deliverd. Solicitation Shall Be Posted On or Around: May 18th, 2018. Period of Performance Date for this project is estimated to take place from: July 1, 2018 - September 28, 2018 and completed within 30 days from issuance of Notice To Proceed. Estimated Price Range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. Bonding is required if pricing is greater than $35,000. Evaluation Factors for Award: 1) Technical Capability 2) Relevant Past Performance 3) Price Technical and Relvevant Past Performance when combined are more important than Price. Site Visit: All Quoter's are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
