- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the requirement entitled "Infrastructure Vulnerability Research and Development". This requirement will support NRL with research and analysis of infrastructure vulnerabilities for the following sectors: a. Transportation and logistics; b. Electric power; c. Coal, oil, gas, and bulk chemicals; and d. Telecommunication systems. This action is a re-solicitation of the revised requirement originally solicited under the cancelled RFP# N00173-18-R-SR02. This requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 541990. To be eligible for award, prospective Offeror must be registered in System For Award Management (SAM) per FAR 52.204-7, under the appropriate business category and NAICS code. The RFP will be posted to this FBO website on 08 May 2018.
