Description

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide Radiation Safety Officer services for the Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. The Radiation Safety Officer will be the nominated RSO on the VHA NHPP permit for the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center. The NAICS code is 621512, Radiological Services, Medical ($15 million size standard). The information submitted shall contain the company s small business size standards, NAICS that the company is registered under, and the company s ability to provide a successfully nominated RSO on the VHA NHPP permit. This is a request for information and sources only which may or may not lead to a future solicitation. This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this Sources Sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. Information should be forwarded to the Contracting Officer. Any questions should be addressed to the Contracting Officer, in writing, at the email address provided. Because this is a request for information only, answers to questions will not be posted.
