- Page 1 of 1 This is not a solicitation or request for quote (RFQ). This is not a request for proposal (RFP). This is sources sought notice to industry and the only information is posted on the FBO web page. The attachments included on the FBO page do not include any additional information. If your company is interested please read this notice entirely and submit the required information per the following instructions. VA is seeking current qualified sources who have interest and capability of performing weed and feed grounds service at Cheyenne VA Medical Center, WY, several times each year, and annually. Cheyenne VAMC Is approximately 20 acres. Current in qualifications means vendor is fully licensed in State of Wyoming, including chemical applicators license, as applicable, with full provision of all employees, subcontractors, resources, equipment, transportation, insurances, certifications and experience, necessary to perform services in a safe manner avoiding loss, damage or suffering to VA and its patients, staff and visitors while performing services. Qualifications also means vendor supplies used in services comply with all local, state and Federal laws. Use of 2, 4-D is not authorized. Additional qualifications include recent experience (within past 3 years) of performing services of a comparable size, scope and complexity. This can include, but not limited to, familiarity with the region, geography and local climate, as well as knowledge of potential risks in service performance. Qualifications also include registrations, such as industry related registrations and valid registration in SAM.gov. Please respond to VA Contracting Officer (CO), Monica Gary, at monica.gary@va.gov with company details, to include company size as it relates to NAICS code 561730. In your reply, please provide company DUNS number, company documentation for qualification of all requirements described herein, or a statement to the effect confirming qualification status, and state if you would be performing services as a primary contractor or subcontracting the services. Include your company s recent experience, be it in a US Federal contracted service or a service performed external to US Federal government. Additional information or declarations to support your qualifications is encouraged. Emails are limited to 5mb only and must reference this RFI number in all communication with the VA CO. Information is being gathered for market research purposes only.
