The one-on-one sessions are scheduled to begin at on 6 June 2018 and run through 8 June 2018; however, based on the length of the briefings and question/answer period, the start time for the one-on-one sessions may be adjusted. Companies interested in having a one-on-one session must submit the One-on-One Session Request Form NLT 1600 EDT on 25 May 2018 to Shaun Cronen, shaun.m.cronen.civ@mail.mil and Christopher Laird, christopher.m.laird2.civ@mail.mil. The government reserves the right not to immediately respond to all questions asked but rather submit the answers in written format at a later date. The time allotted for each one-on-one session is thirty (30) minutes. Start times for the one-on-one sessions will be scheduled ahead of time and attendees will be informed of their start times prior to the event. The allotted times may change depending on the number of interested vendors. It is the intent of the one-on-one sessions to: - Increase industry understanding of government requirements - Afford industry the opportunity to surface perceived issues - Allow the Government to hear industry response and comment in general terms - Enable the Government and industry to better understand each other - Allow industry to describe the government their production ready solution One-on-One sessions DO NOT: - Provide industry an opportunity to brief their intended proposal - Provide Government critique of potential offeror's intended approach - Constitute initiation of the negotiation process If, during the one-on-one sessions, the Government personnel release new information regarding this planned acquisition, the same new information will be provided to all potential offerors to include those potential offerors who choose not to attend the Industry Days. Companies are cautioned not to include proprietary information with their questions. The Government reserves the right to publicly post all questions and answers. NOTE: No electronic equipment may be brought into the briefing sessions. This includes, lap tops, cell phones, pagers, recording devices, etc. While there will be an area to leave these devices prior to entering the briefing session, the Government will not be liable for lost or stolen items. It is recommended that all electronic devices be securely locked in your vehicle.
