- Industry Day PMW 130 cordially invites interested companies to the PMW 130 Industry Day being conducted 06 June 2018, at MITRE Corporations offices located at 2280 Historic Decatur Rd, San Diego, CA 92106. This market research event is intended to serve two main objectives. First, it informs industry of PMW 130 programs and capability gaps for possible future partnerships. Second, it notifies industry of possible upcoming PMW 130 procurements and Requests for Information. All discussions held at this event will be kept at Distribution Level A. This event serves as continued market research under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 10. Background PMW 130 is the Navys cybersecurity acquisition agent delivering cybersecurity products, capabilities, and services that protect and defend against cyber threats. The PMW 130 portfolio is rapidly expanding in response to fleet needs. PMW 130 desires to partner with industry to fulfill these needs, relying heavily on tailorable COTs products. Industry Day Details Where: MITRE Corporation, 2280 Historic Decatur Rd, San Diego, CA 92106 When: 06 June 2018. Check-in will be from 8:00 am PST to 8:30 am PST. All participants are required to check in. Briefings will begin promptly at 8:30 am PST and will conclude no later than 11:45 am PST. A question and answer session will be held during this time. Industry Day Registration Interested participants are required to pre-register for the event via the following email address: PEOC4I_PMW130_IndustryDay@navy.mil. Registration will start on 10 May 2018; and will conclude at close of business 31 May 2018, or when the number of participants reaches 55 individuals (whichever is sooner). A maximum of two individuals per company will be permitted to register/attend. The name of a backup attendee may be submitted. Please submit one email per firm with the following information for each individual. Telephone requests will not be accepted. 1. Individual attendee's full name 2. Individual attendees title 3. Individual attendee's e-mail address 4. Company name 5. Company Cage Code 6. Indicate Company size (large or small business) 7. Telephone number 8. Whether you wish to have your company name included on a list of attendees to be distributed to Industry Day attendees. When submitting registration information, please include PMW 130 Industry Day Registration" in the subject line. U.S. Federal or State issued photo ID will be required at check-in; there is no admittance fee. Questions Questions regarding PMW 130 Industry Day shall be submitted via email to PEOC4I_PMW130_IndustryDay@navy.mil no later than 23 May 2018. Questions should not contain trade secrets or classified information. Note This notice is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. This is not a solicitation announcement or a promise to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) in the future. The Government is not seeking proposals and is not seeking unsolicited proposals. Interested parties are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in relation to this Industry Day.
