Description

PTAG Part 6.1.1 Synopsis - Non-Competitive FBO Posting The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a requirement to purchase additional software licenses and maintenance for Computrace Complete Site Licenses. The USPTO is exempt from the Competition in Contracting Act (CICA) under the Patent and Trademark Office of Efficiency Act, 35 U.S.C.2(b)(4)(A) and the requirement is being procured using the Alternative Competition Method as described in the Patent and Trademark Acquisition Guidelines (PTAG) https://federalregister.gov/a/2013-24316. The USPTO intends to modify an existing delivery order with PC Specialist, Inc., dba Technology Integration Group to allow the agency to acquire additional software licenses and maintenance for Computrace Complete Site Licenses utilizing NAICS code 511210 through September 30, 2018 with an estimated total price of $62,100.00. The anticipated date of this modification is May 16, 2018. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and nor will a solicitation be issued.
