Description
Past Performance Questionaire Statement of Work Payment Bond Cover Page - Section A - SF33 Performance Bond Contractor Certificate of Procurement Integrity Sections B-M The purpose of this requirement is to award of multiple, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) Construction Contracts with a one (1) base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods for minor construction and repair services for JFKC. This solicitation is set aside for 8(a) small businesses It is the intent of the Government to award up to three (3) ID/IQ Construction Contracts with the demonstrated capability to perform Projects with an estimated value equal to or less than $150,000.00. Each Construction Project will be awarded as a separate task orders (TO). TOs will be awarded in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(1) and (2), on a firm fixed price basis and with a defined period of performance. The order of magnitude for each individual task under this ID/IQ contract will be $2,500 to $150,000. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to accomplish a broad range of construction tasks for the repair and alterations of real property at the Kennedy Center. Construction Project types may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Office, interior space, and theater installation, renovations and reconfigurations including demolition; construction of walls and ceilings; installation or modification of HVAC, lighting, electrical, fire alarm, sprinkler and other systems, flooring, and renovation to meet ADA and Life Safety codes. Work may include renovation of occupied and unoccupied office areas and may include changes to finishes or may include major demolition and rebuilding. • Repairs, renovations, and upgrades to the building's exterior including the roof, exterior marble facade, columns, exterior lighting, plazas, fountains, planters, drive ways, sidewalks, signage, and parking structure.
