Solicitation number is N68908-18-Q-0045 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This is a Set-Aside Small Business 3.See attached Solicitation and Brand Name Justification. 4. Trade-In (Existing Equipment) The vendor's initial response to this RFQ should reflect the Vendors' best price including all allowable discounts that are available to the Federal Government.
