This amendment is extending the due date of responses to May 15, 2018, 1600 PST. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1 - Please confirm what a "tamper proof frame" is / as there are many different types. This would be from what they can offer. The Security Hardware that is provided by Designers Art allows the art to be secured to the wall and can only be removed with a special tool that they provide me. 2 - Also what is the "natural wood finish"?? Maple or any other finish on a natural wood frame (non-metal) 3 - Are mat board and acrylic specified??Single 4 Mat or 4 Archival Mat no acrylic is specified 4 - On the sizes given: 11 @ 36" x 48" is that the completed outside dimension, matted size or image size? Image Size 5 - Also 42 @ 24" x 24" & 12" x 18" is that the completed outside dimension, matted size or image size? Image Size 6 - What is the quantity of each of the above sizes The quantity is 11 Large; 42 Small-Medium 7 - Can they do regular 4 point security hardware or if a stretcher system security is required.   This is typically used in psych areas and is very expensive but we don t want to quote the wrong type. This project it will not be a Mental Health building so it doesn t have to be super secure hardware.
