Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street Saginaw, MI 48602. Period of Performance: five one-year ordering periods from August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2023. If this is a service your business can provide respond to this Sources Sought by Monday, May 21, 2018, 3:00 pm (Eastern).
