- Description
- The U.S. Forest Service has a requirement for road maintenance service. This contract provides for the equipment, labor, and services necessary to perform work ordered by the Government for roadway and drainage maintenance for various roads in the Trabuco Ranger District (TRD) and the Descanso Ranger District (DRD) of the Cleveland National Forest. The final product will provide needed road maintenance to all roads shown on the project map. This contract provides for the equipment, labor, and services necessary to perform work ordered by the Government for 47 miles of Restoration Drainage Functions and 33 miles of Road Blading on unsurfaced roads, in compliance with the terms, specifications, drawings and provisions of this contract. Locations of work will be directed by the Forest Service. Project will be set-aside for small business firms. Applicable NAICS code is 237310. To be considered a small business firm, average annual receipts should not exceed $36.5 million. The anticipated release of the solicitation is May 16, 2018 and award of this contract is on or about June 2018. The completion time for this contract is 200 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). To be considered for award, interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be completed at this same website. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for amendments.
