- Amendment 0002 The United States Coast Guard, Civil Engineering Unit - Providence, has a construction requirement to Remove and Reinstall Fuel Dispensers and Shore Ties at USCG Station New York, Staten Island, NY. This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Parts 14 and 19. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237120 - Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. The Product Service Code is Z2NA, Repair or Alteration of Fuel Supply Facilities. The estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance is 140 days. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 19 April 2018. THE BID OPENING DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 31 MAY 2018 AT 2:00 PM, AT WARWICK, RI This solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. Award will not be made until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. Bids must be valid for a minimum of 60 days. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings may be accessed for download beginning on the date of issue on this website: http://www.fbo.gov (FBO.gov). Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted on this website (FBO.gov). Offerors are required to acknowledge with their bids any and all amendments. Base Scope of Work Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal to remove and reinstall gasoline and diesel fuel dispensers, to include abandonment of old fuel lines and install new double wall fuel lines. Incidental work includes new sump, new manhole, associated electrical and leak detection system, as well as a temporary fueling system. The Contractor shall also remove and replace electrical cables to the shore ties on the floating docks. The location of work is USCG Station New York, Staten Island, NY (Richmond County).
