- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The Indiana National Guard contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 to the Indiana Pacer's virtual NBA 2K gaming team for Advertising. The NBA 2K gaming team is the sole owner authorized to allow access to their virtual industry. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit documentation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 3:00PM EST, 02 June 2018, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
