- NOTICE OF INTENT - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with TIS Americas, Inc., 5208 Tennyson Pkwy, Suite 100, Plano, TX 75024, for renewal of annual maintenance and support on TIS eFLOW software products. TIS eFLOW scanning software annual maintenance is proprietary to TIS Americas, Inc., and there are no authorized maintenance resellers in the U.S. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. The authority for this acquisition is set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a) "Sole source (including brand name) acquisitions." Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any Government evaluation of the information received. All questions and submissions in response to this notice must be submitted electronically via email to Terry.Hemming@ssa.gov by 09:00 AM EST on MAY 25, 2018. No telephone calls regarding this matter will be accepted or returned.
