AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 809401R7 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332999 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2018-06-01 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The attached solicitation has the (SOW) Statement of work SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD AT THE REQUEST OF THE VENDER, MEETING AT BUILDING 20 TOBYHANNA ARMY DEPOT.. The Contractor shall submit with the proposal a signed Certificate of Acknowledgment certifying the Contractor has read the Solicitation and the Statement of Work contained therein; the Contractor understands the Solicitation and the Statement of Work contained therein; and the Contractor shall comply with all terms, elements and conditions in the Solicitation and the Statement of Work contained therein. Submitted proposals that do not include this signed Statement of Acknowledgment may not be reviewed and may not be given contract award consideration. Method of payment WAWF, Brand name or equal. Equal means the same salient Characteristics or better. Please see the statement of work (SOW) in the clause section of this solicitation. THE AWARD WILL BE BASED ON PRICE. NOTE- IF UNABLE TO MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE BID WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. 70 days from time of award IF BIDDING AN ALTERNATE - DRAWING AND SPECS OF ALTERNATE PARTS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE BID FOR REVIEW BY OUR ENGINEERS/END USERS. OUR ENGINEERS/END USERS WILL DETERMINE IF PART MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS AND APPROVE. IF IT IS DETERMINED THE ALTERNATE DOES NOT MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS THE BID WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
