Exhibit A - Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) A001 - dated April 24, 2018 Attachment 1 - Hardware & Software Specifications List - dated May 22, 2018 (redacted) Request for Quote The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with the enclosed CLIN structure and contract clauses. This requirement is for the Analytical Tool Workstation (see Attachment 1, "Hardware & Software Specification List - May 22, 2018"). We invite you to submit a quote for the attached items (Attachment 1). Please provide any applicable quantity or Government discount(s) available. If quote(s) fail to offer all items in accordance with the requirements stated, it may be deemed not technically acceptable and disqualified from further consideration. Specified brand names or equal shall be used. This requirement is FOB Destination. Any deliverables provided as part of this contract shall be compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. The following company-related information shall be provided with the quote: 1) NAICS code for the product requested 2) FSC Code for the product requested 3) Offeror's Cage Code & DUNS Number 4) Offeror's Tax Identification Number 5) Offeror's Business Size 6) Commercial Catalog or Published Price List 7) Federal Discount (%) 8) Terms and Agreement Please provide the information as requested above (items 1-8). A quote is due no later than the time listed in block 8 on page 1 of the SF 1449.
