Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research through this Sources Sought notice seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Small Business Concerns to provide Annual Subscription is for Media Monitoring and Analysis Services. Service will include Monitoring, Media Analysis and Reporting and Contacts database and Newsletter. This Media Monitoring and Analysis supports VISN 6 and Subordinate Organizations PAOs. The period of performance will be June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019. This Sources Sought announcement is not a request for proposals and the Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses. Administrator-controlled distribution of selected articles to chosen receivers. Ability to integrate print, TV, radio, online, social media and your own content into the newsletter Contacts database: Access to media database of more than 30,000 journalists and bloggers in Canada, 500,000 globally Proprietary solution to better target journalists using keyword searching -find journalists writing about specific keywords, competitors Readership analytics for every distribution. Journalist search by name, outlet, beat or location. 4PR Insight Reports (1 year): Reports in PDF format PR insight Reports to include Media Exposure, Reach by SimilarWeb, Top Publications, Top Influencers, Automated Sentiment Analysis and Net Tonality Score Benchmarking and comparative analysis of up to 9 competitors
