Description

The purpose of this FBO posting is for informational purposes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10, VA Healthcare System has determined that it is in the best interest of the government to award to Wellons F E I Corporation. They are located at 2155 Rue Bomardier, Sainte-Julie, QC J3E 2J9. No one else can provide operational training and controls on the Wellons bio-mass boiler equipment and associated electronic controls in accordance with VHA Directive 1810, Boiler Operations. A qualified trainer is to perform for two (2) days, eight (8) hours a day. The contractor has proprietary rights being the original manufacturer (OEM) of the F E I Bio-Mass Boiler equipment. Only the technicians that work at their organization are authorized to perform maintenance and repair services on the equipment. Manufacturer does not have any authorized vendors or field technicians to provide competition. Award will be processed to cover timespan date of award thru 05/29/18 thru 06/01/19.
