Solicitation will post May 23, 2018 Note: All documents to include site visit information will post with solicitation on May 23, 2018 END OF PRESOLICITATION NOTICE SOLICITATION NOTICE Posted May 23, 2018 Solicitation package posted includes: SF1442 document, Solicitation document, Agreement document, US DOL Construction Wage Determination, Scope of Work (SOW) for each project and SOW attachments. SITE VISIT : One Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 9:00 AM, at the Fairbanks, Alaska Federal Building. To attend site visit, attendees must send an email to the Contracting Officer ( amy.heusser@gsa.gov ) by 1:00 PM, Alaska Time on Monday, June 18, 2018. See page 4 of Solicitation document for more details. NOTE: A Price Proposal (SF1442) and TECHNICAL Proposal is required with offers. See pages 5-7 and 16-17 of Solicitation document for details on proposal requirements. Questions concerning this solicitation are to be sent via email to the Contracting Officer ( amy.heusser@gsa.gov ). The cut off date for questions is June 26, 2018 at 1:00 PM Alaska Time.
