Description
SPRRA2-18-R-0139 SYNOPSIS Solicitation Number: SPRRA2-18-R-0139 (SYNOPSIS) No telephone requests will be accepted. Formal communication related to this acquisition should be directed to Clarissa Cooney, Contract Specialist at clarissa.cooney@dla.mil. For request for solicitation, please include solicitation number, the company name, Cage Code, business size status and your direct contact information, i.e., e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone number. PRON: D18H0151D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a One Time Buy (OTB), FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) contract with a quantity of 10 each, for a CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY; NSN: 5998-01-234-5362; PN: 11461549 applicable to the M-D6 PATRIOT Weapon system. Production Lead Time, without First Article Testing (FAT) is 10 each, 540 days After Contract Award (DACA), with deliveries to FORT BLISS, TX 79916-5801. This item is RESTRICTED to RAYTHEON COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 05716. This part must be acquired directly from the manufacturer. Manufacture of this part requires special test and/or inspection facilities to maintain function or system integrity. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Source Approval Authority (SAR), Missile SAR Submittal Instructions, Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
