Description

The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 is soliciting proposals for contractors to provide Community Nursing Home Services (CNH) for Veterans in the VA Northern California Healthcare System catchment area on an open and continuous basis. The estimated issue date is 01 August 2018, and the solicitation will be open and continuous for a period of one (1) year, through 31 July 2019. Prospective offerors may submit any questions in writing to Tracy Worrell at tracy.worrell@va.gov. Multiple Single Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts are anticipated to be awarded, which may be at least one IDIQ for each county identified in the breakdown by county included in the Request for Proposal. The anticipated Period of Performance will be from the date of award and continuing for five (5) ordering periods.
