- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of a best estimated quantity (BEQ) of 81 Flight Control System Test Sets, commonly known as Emergency Power Unit (EPU) Testers, NSN: 4920-01-126-1759RN. This EPU tester is military-specific and unique to the F-16, performing functional tests of the components of the EPU system installed on the airframe. The Government contemplates a Firm-Fixed-Price indefinite delivery requirements contract consisting of a one-year basic (BEQ 1-33 EA) with four (4) additional ordering periods (BEQ 1-12 EA) for a potential quantity of 81 each over the duration of the contract. Delivery Schedule: 180 Day After Receipt Of (ARO) funded contract/delivery order for the first ten (10) units, then 3 units per month. Delivery Locations: Deliverables will be to various CONUS/OCONUS bases To Be Determined. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with two sources, Honeywell International Inc. (Cage: 70210), Part Number 912476-5-1, and RSL Electronics USA (Cage: 0WKM4), Part Number AS111694, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. A technical data package is not available for this effort. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information or to communicate concerns, if any, regarding this acquisition.
