- Attachment 5 SUS Trifold Attachment 4 Snow Service Ticket Attachment 3 AT OPSEC Attachment 2 Drawing Attachment 1 Price Schedule Solicitation and 1449 package. Solicitation W911SA-19-Q-3007 will be issued on or about 31-July-2018 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. This requirement is for Snow Removal Services at USARC Facility ND003 in Grand Forks, ND. The performance period is 25-November-2018 (or subsequent date) to 24-November-2019 with four (4) one year option periods. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. If a Site Visit will be held, the information will be posted with the Solicitation.
