Description

Supplement to Attachment G4 - Schedule of Items - GM Supplement to Attachment G2 - Schedule of Items - FCA QMAA-F6-180014-D Amendment 001 SF30 07_31_2018 9. AMENDMENT 001: Amendment 001 is issued to 1) provide questions and answers as submitted in response to the RFP; 2) amend the solicitation Period of Performance to a one (1) year base period and four (4) one-month option periods; 3) revise Section D.9 552.211-81 TIME OF SHIPMENT (FEB1996) (ALTERNATE I-FEB 1996) to adjust the shipment days After Receipt of Order (ARO) for items 95,95B and 95C; 4) revise GSA Federal Vehicle Standards for Standard Item: 162 - 4X2 PANEL VAN, MAINTENANCE CONVERSION, 10,000 and U LBS GVWR; 5) revise Section D.5 52.216-22 INDEFINITE QUANTITY (OCT 1995); 6) Provide supplement to Attachment G2 - Schedule of Items - FCA to incorporate line item 147.1; and 7) Provide supplement to Attachment G4 - Schedule of Items - GM to incorporate line items 79D.1 and 129B.1.
