Agreement document EQ10PCB-1-18-0069. This document will become a part of the contract award package. Solicitation document EQ10PCB-1-18-0069 SF1442 EQ10PCB-1-18-0069 'Solicitation, Offer and Award' document. This document must be completed and returned with proposals. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE POSTED JULY 16, 2018 GSA has a requirement to reconfigure a Courtroom in the New Anchorage, Alaska Federal Building and US Courthouse. FAR 52.219-3 Notice of Total HUBZone Set Aside is applicable to this solicitation. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website on approximately 7/31/2018. END OF PRESOLICITATION NOTICE SOLICITATION NOTICE POSTED July 31, 2018 Reconfigure Courtroom 3 in the New Anchorage, Alaska Federal Building and US Courthouse A Price Proposal and a Technical proposal is required with offer. FAR 52-228-1 Bid Guarantee is applicable FAR 52.228-15 Performance and Payment Bonds Construction, is applicable (after contract award) Liquidated damages are not applicable to the contract. US Department of Labor, Construction Wage Determination is applicable and is attached. Pre-proposal conference and site visit scheduled for August 14, 2018 at 9:00 AM, Alaska Time. See pages 5-6 of solicitation document for information regarding attending the site visit. Questions concerning this solicitation are to be emailed to the Contracting Officer ( amy.heusser@gsa.gov ). Cut-off date for questions is August 29, 2018 at 3:00 PM, Alaska Time.
