Description

This is a Sources Sought only. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is performing market research to determine if there are any vendors with economic status of Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, Women Owned, and other Small Businesses that can provide a fluoroscopic table with headrest. Responses to this Sources Sought will be used for market research purposes. This requirement is for the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHCS) with delivery to zip code 89086. The VASNHCS requires a C-Arm Imaging Table with Headrest and Hand & Foot Controls with delivery FOB Destination. The requirement is brand name or equal to the Oakworks table Model CFPM400-HR. The Buy American Act applies. If you feel that this item qualifies for an exemption under the Buy American Act, please submit a statement with your response. The salient characteristics are: A C-Arm table is required to utilize a mobile or stationary C-Arm Imaging Systems to perform imaging and therapeutic procedures. 750lb bariatric weight capacity carbon foam cover equipped with safety straps height range of at least 26 to 44 locking casters multifunction hand control multi-function foot control at least 24 wide and 80 long three motion capabilities elongated and tilt to assist with accommodating the need for different positions There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with Small Business size of 750 employees.
