Description

Subject: Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central intends to issue a sole-source contract to Carestream Dental, LLC. for a 3D Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) System (Part Number CS9300C) at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), El Paso, Texas. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 339114, Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing. The Small Business Administration's size standard is 750 employee. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
