This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested. Solicitation number 36C263-18-R-0595 is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract award for all resources and labor necessary to provide onsite Gastroenterology Services for the VA Central Iowa Health Care System located at 3600 30th Street, Des Moines, IA 50310. This procurement is unrestricted. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. Additional requirements are listed within the attached solicitation document(s). A list of the contract line items, quantity, and unit of measure are listed within the attached solicitation document(s). Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award: (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). Proposals will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 621111 and the small business size standard is $11 million. All questions to this solicitation must be emailed to Mr. Andrew Schoenecker by Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 5:00 PM CST at Andrew.Schoenecker@va.gov. Proposals are due to the Contracting Office by Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 5:00 PM CST.
