Item Reference Question Answer 1 General Does the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation posted as solicitation number 36C10B18Q3049 on FBO contain requirements similar to an existing contract or will this be a new requirement? If possible, please provide the current contract number. The existing contract is GS-03F-0182V. 2 General Is the Government looking for a year to year rental agreement with the option to renew annually or is the Government looking for a 5-year lease? The lease is one 12-month base period with the option to renew for four 12-month option periods. The option may be exercised in accordance with FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (MAR 2000).
