Description

Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2 is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing annual license, maintenance, service and software support for LifeLine s RadCalc software. This service provides maintenance and support services for existing RadCalc Software that we use for patient care within the VANJHCS Radiation Oncology Service. These software modules that are within the RadCalc software package assist medical providers in the creation of cancer treatment plans, which includes radiation dose calculations. The period of performance for this service is from 10/1/2018 TO 09/30/2019, and the contract shall include four additional option years. The list of support services required during the extended maintenance period are as follows: Unlimited phone support during Lifeline s regular business hours, including consultations relating to changes in treatment planning systems and network setup and installation assistance. 24/7web support through restricted access web site accessible only to new licensees and others who subscribe for Extended Maintenance and Support Services. Software updates for all modules and features licensed before or during the Extended Maintenance Period and new versions thereof which are released during such period. Those capable of providing these services should submit, along with their response, a copy of their current agreement with LifeLine Software, Inc. that they are authorized to provide the requested service. Additionally, those interested and capable shall provide their DUNS Number as well as their Socioeconomic status in their response to this posting.
