Attachment E - Wage Determination 15-4281 Attachment D - 75D-07.0-06 EHS Large Equipment Attachment C - 75D-07-0-04 EHS Contractor Requirements Attachment B - NONDISCLOSURE Agreement Attachment A - Performance Work Statement EXTENDABLE PLATFORM LIFTS RFQ 2031ZA18Q00452 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has a requirement for Five (5) new lifts, Three (3) one man extendable platform (vertical mast) lifts, 500 lb. capacity, 24 volt DC and Two (2) two man extendable platform scissor lifts, 500 lb. capacity, 24 volt DC. Interested parties are to review the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and additional supporting documents for specific details.
