Description

Presolicitation Notice This is an official notice that a solicitation will be posted within 24 hours. This requirement will be set-aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) concern under NAICS code 339112 in accordance with FAR 19.001 (Non-Manufacturing Rule) and will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This is a total set aside for SDVOSB (must meet the eligibility requirements in 38 U.S.C. 8127(e), (f) and VAAR 819.7003). Only responses submitted by SDVOSB will be accepted by the Government. Any response that is submitted by a contractor that is not a SDVOSB will not be considered for award.
