- Request for Information 408 SCMS/GULB Electronic Warfare (EW) Supply Chain Management Squadron Air Force Sustainment Center Robins AFB, GA AN/ALQ-172(V) Countermeasures System (CMS) Repair 3 August 2018 Note: This questionnaire/survey is for the purpose of obtaining information relative to upcoming repair efforts in the EW Supply Chain Management Squadron (408 SCMS/GULB) at Robins AFB, GA. The Services Contracting Office within the Air Force Sustainment Center will serve as the procuring organization. Companies are encouraged to provide responses to this questionnaire but are advised that their participation is voluntary and no reimbursement of any kind will be provided. The Government believes this is a sole source requirement to Harris based on proprietary data and required equipment. Responses must be received no later than close of business on August 20, 2018. ALQ-172 external bus messages communication with the Function Status Display Enhanced Diagnostics (FFSDED) c. ALQ-172 internal processor bus messages and protocols c) The ALQ-172 LRUs and SRUs are tested on various test equipment. Does your company have knowledge or experience with the following: a. AN/ALM-289 Enhanced Maintenance Test Set (EMTS) system and its interfaces b. ALQ-172 EMTS Instrumentation and testing. 2. Does your company have any testing experience with the AN/ALQ-172 system? If so, please provide detailed information. 3. Do you anticipate the need for any GFE? If so, please provide detailed information. 4. Describe any industry certifications that your company presently holds in the area of quality assurance including Capability Maturity Model for Software and/or configuration management. 5. What is the Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) of annual costs to execute this repair? This is for informational purposes only. 6. How will your organization address the absence of drawings, specifications, technical data, test procedures, etc. Since the Government does not own the data for this requirement?
