Description

Peary Road LRP Complex Project is to provide necessary site development and construction of four LRP office/operations buildings in a coordinated and collocated complex development. Project entails construction of four similar buildings and associated site and utilities work to construct a fully operational complex. Each of the four buildings is a pre-engineered steel frame two story building approximately 18,000 square feet gross area. The site location is approximately 20 acres of wooded area with various existing utilities crossing and bounding the area. The project includes clearing, grading and improving the site to house the new buildings and associated parking area along with necessary environmental items to meet permitting requirements. The project will include the required Furniture, Finishes and Equipment (FF and E) to prepare each facility for move in by the end users.
