- Aircraft Mobility Ramps 1.0 Requirements: This solic i tation is set aside for Small Business. 2.0 Scope of Work: These DAMAS portable aircraft ramps are designed to lay over the top of the existing aircraft ramp door and extend the door out to allow additional clearance for loading military vehicles and utility trailers. This aircraft assist ramp system eliminates ground clearance problems. The ramps shall be manufactured from lightweight 47,000 psi yield aluminum allowing the system to break down in minutes and store compact inside the aircraft. The heavy duty DAMAS Aircraft Loading Ramps shall have ATTLA Certification (2012.02.06.1) for USAF C-130, C-130J-30, C-17, C-5 Aircrafts (AIR TRANSPORTABILITY TEST LOADING AGENCY). The aircraft ramp system is rated at 26,000 lb. per axle and it consists of 94" long ramps x 30" and 36" wide To protect the aircraft existing door a rubber pad shall be bonded to the underside of the top ramps that lay on the aircraft's door. System must meet or exceed ATTLA Certification file number 2012.02.06.02 Rev 1. (a) Lead up Ramps x6 36" x 94" ramp, manufactured from 47,000 psi yield aluminum. Serrated cleats to offer excellent traction in all weather conditions. Weight capacity 26,000-lbs per axle.
