- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Shortwave Inferred camera with the associated lenses that operates in the 900 nm - 1.7 nm range with associated lenses, filters and a GUI to retrieve the images from the camera, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is 21-13-393PFS0170 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. Shortwave Inferred Camera system kit to include: Sensor/Camera Min Specs: - High QE InGaAs from 900nm-1.7μm, - TE cooled for enhanced stability - VGA Resolution, 640 x 512 effective pixels, 15μm square pixels, 12.3mm diagonal - Data port: Single USB 3.0 output - compatible with Windows OS or Cameralink SWIR Lens 1 Min Specs: - 50mm F1.4 Manual Iris C-Mount - 14.5×10.8 FOV for 1" format sensor (or comparable) - Thread mount compatible with sensor/camera SWIR Lens 2 Min Specs: - 16mm F1.4 Manual Iris C-Mount - 44.3×33.6 FOV for 1" format sensor (or comparable) - Thread mount compatible with sensor/camera Filter 1 Min Specs: - Longpass filter, 1000 nm - Must mount to 50 mm SWIR lens (Lens 1) Filter 2 Min Specs: - Longpass filter, 1000 nm - Must mount to 16 mm SWIR lens (Lens 2) Shipped /Delivered: US Coast Guard Academy 15 Mohegan Ave New London, CT 06320 Technical questions may be directed to: CDR Royce James (860) 444-8638 | Royce.W.James@uscga.edu Quotations must be submitted electronically to: David Palacios via email @ david.f.palacios@uscg.mil | Faxed Attn: David Palacios @ (860) 444-8316 Ensure to reference the solicitation number when submitting your quote.
