Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE CHILLERS AND COOLING TOWERS AT VAMC MEMPHIS, TN. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the Memphis, TN VA Medical Center, located at 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104-2127. The Memphis VA Medical Center needs a contract for one base year and 4 one-year options for the inspection, preventative maintenance, leak repairs, emergency repairs, support of the equipment, software and accessories for the chillers and cooling towers at the Memphis VA Medical Center. This procurement will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $7.5 Million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp websites on around August 15, 2018. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract. All vendor's submitting quotes, thier VetBiz listing must appear at the time quotes are due (VAAR 819.7003(b)) AND at the time of award (rather than prior to award ).
