Description

RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, (STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR 12 Acquisitions of Commercial Items, and the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures of FAR 13. The solicitations document/incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition NAICS Code 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The FDA Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) requires the purchase of a triple quadrupole mass spectrometers for the development of quantitative and qualitative methods in the analysis of allergens, bacterial toxins, seafood toxins, pesticides, contaminants, and adulterants in foods and dietary supplements See attached RFQ for details
