- N0025318Q0254 RFQ Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport (NUWC Keyport) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Arcus Corporation, DBA Mart Tech Services, 2450 Adie Road, Suite 100, Maryland Heights, MO 63043-3504 for removal and installation of Mart Tornado 40 Parts Washers and EQ-1 Wastewater Processing Systems. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation number issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N0025318Q0254 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) are included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 and has a size standard of $7.5 million. The Government prefers FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Detachment Keyport, Submarine Torpedo Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA) Pearl Harbor, Ewa Beach HI 96706-3381. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation. This solicitation is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation closes.
