Description

MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune, NC Regional Contracting Office hereby gives notice of intent to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Bouldin & Lawson, LLC, 70 Easy Street McMinnville, TN 37110-4270 under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition in 10 U.S.C. Section 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. This requirement is for (1) mobile ordnance deformer for Marine Corps Installations East locations. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M6700118Q1322) will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
